Judicial Record certificates – Dossier applying

A- Judicial Record certificates For Vietnamese citizens:

– One of the following documents: Copy of ID card / Citizen card / Passport. Copy of household registration book of the person issued with Judicial Records certificates.

– A power of attorney in case of authorizing another person to do procedures to request for issuance of judicial records certificate No. 1 permission). Power of attorney must be notarized and authenticated according to the provisions of Vietnamese law.

B- Judicial Record certificates For foreigners residing in Vietnam:

– Request for issuance of judicial record certificates according to the prescribed form.

– Copy of passport (Attached with a valid visa page, or temporary residence card) and a notarized copy of the certificate of temporary residence of the person issued with a judicial records certificate.

– A power of attorney in case of authorizing another person to do procedures to request for issuance of judicial records certificate No. 1 permission). Power of attorney must be notarized and authenticated according to the provisions of Vietnamese law.

Implementing agency: Department of Justice of the province or city where a Vietnamese citizen is registered for permanent residence or a foreigner resides.
